The Sales Pipeline Administrator is responsible for ensuring sales pipeline projects are successfully executed. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams, managing customer relationships and expectations on individual pipeline projects, and driving business growth through effective pipeline management. This position supports the sales team’s efforts to develop new revenue streams and grow the company’s opportunity pipeline by managing the execution to deliver results on time, complete, and error-free.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & EXPECTED OUTCOMES: YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THE ROLE
- Sales Pipeline Administration:
- Maintain the sales pipeline to ensure project goals are met on time, complete, and error-free.
- Monitor and analyze pipeline metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prioritize projects and opportunities.
- Project Management:
- Work with the sales team to define each project’s scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee complex projects involving numerous cross-functional departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Experience: Experience in textiles, fabrics or a related market preferred.

EQUIPMENT USED
- This role frequently uses office equipment, printers, copiers, computers, etc.
- This role may use measurement tools such as calipers and elongation equipment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ability to stand for up to two or more hours or more in one session.
- Ability to use hands and fingers to grasp, twist, and work with the office equipment and other tools/equipment in a safe and precise way for seven or more hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally using safe lifting practices.
- Ability to visually read fine or small print, computer screens, and hand-held equipment frequently.
- Ability to visually perceive color and distinguish between similar colors.
- Cognitive and reasoning ability to review procedures, compare products and specifications, and follow guidelines frequently.
- Ability to listen to customers/others, problem-solve, and respond accordingly throughout the day.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
- The employee is primarily exposed to an office environment but may occasionally be exposed to an environment with moderate to loud noise. The employee is occasionally required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment. The temperature of the facility may fluctuate.
TRAVEL
- Travel may be required to industry trade shows, events, and customers. Less than 10% travel expected.
